A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Analyzes and solves problems that are lower complexity and may be routine in nature, requiring varied responses depending on the situation.

Designs, develops, and configures software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle.
Applies knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
Pega products, framework and development.
Agile or iterative approach.
Should have hands on knowledge in flows, data page, UI rules, declarative and decision rules.
Knowledgeable on reporting and integrations.
Hands on knowledge in using tools like tracer, PAL, DB trace.
Coding and unit testing using Pega OOTB features based on the design provided by LSA.
Fostering relationships with both the client and your project team.
Having a keen eye for detail.
2 years’ experience with Pega software development.
80% travel commitment (Monday – Thursday).
Possess one of the following certifications: CSA (Certified System Architect), CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect), LSA (Lead System Architect) CPBA (Certified Pega Business Architect).
Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience.
Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise.
Experience with software architecture and SOA services implementation.
Experience designing and developing process based solutions.
Experience in process excellence/modeling, workflow, or flow charting.
