What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is looking for a talented and motivated Project Scheduler to join our DHS Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) team in the National Capital Region.
More About the Role:
You'll develop an achievable master schedule critical path for project, program and contractual milestones.
Creates Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) based on Contract Work Breakdown Structure Responsible for maintaining program IMS, updated to include all RFS activities and operations and maintenance (O&M) configuration changes and dashboard releases.
Advises Project Control and Engineering Team in detailed project planning and scope development for engineering and infrastructure projects.
Prepares project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implements and maintains Schedule Change Control.
Ensures contract WBS is properly updated and current.
Conducts weekly IMS reviews with program team including subcontractors.
Processes monthly project accounting and schedule performance data for EVMS reporting.
Prepares trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions.
Prepares cost control, performance measurement reports, cost and schedule variance analysis reports, forecasts and studies. Perform project management functions including analyzing requirements, evaluating earned value management (EVM) performance, establishing and maintaining project schedule policies, and projecting out-year requirements.
Actively monitors contract performance metrics to validate the presence of management value by providing independent assessments of performance issues to upper management based on EVM metrics analysis.
Duties may include developing strategic plans and transition plans.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
IMS creation and scheduling Experience
Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
Relevant DHS or .Gov Cyber Security focused experience
