U.S. Bank Administrative Assistant / Office Manager (Weekends Off) in MCLEAN, Virginia

Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for an assigned group of 23 people, including Regional Market Manager, National Loan Admin Manager, Market Manager, Relationship Managers, DPS RM and DPS ARM, Loan Admin Manager, Loan Administration, DC Hub, Regional HUB Manager, and HUB Manager. Other duties may include: collects and interprets data to produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and distributes reports as needed; checks daily for overnight overdrafts, daylight overdrafts, and ACH suspensions, and works with DPS RM, DPS ARM and RMs to resolve all issues and routes approvals to RM with appropriate approval level, GL Reconciliation, serves as a central point for disseminating inter-departmental communication, conducts special projects; coordinates internal and external client meetings, including arranging reservations, client lists, coordinating with venue contact, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements, T&E Reporting, and composes correspondence and other documentation as needed. Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, etc. Handles all on boarding duties for new hires, works with HUB Manager to coordinate interviews with potential candidates, orders supplies, arranges for building, parking and office access, coordinates all building maintenance requests with building manager and U.S. Bank corporate facility manager, submits all non-legal invoices for payment through on-line corporate payables system, calendaring for assigned group, provide coverage to east region markets, assist in uploading documents to CREB, may assist with Credit and post close review activities. Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Five to eight years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
