Freeman is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to manage the accounts of Tier 3 customers by meeting their needs and working with production teams to meet deliverables. Manage and administer internal processes and act as a bridge between the sales and the operations team to ensure that all key players are consistently up to date on new opportunities, client requests and resource needs. Manage the coordination and content aggregation for client presentations. Additional duties include:

  • Work with Tier 3 customers directly, as assigned, and manage relationships and project teams.

  • Ensure that customer needs are met and alert appropriate team members to any failures to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

  • Work in conjunction with various department leads and tem members to enter in accurate data for using critical thinking skills to ensure appropriate information is captured, maintained and updated.

  • Deliver accurate, detailed and thorough RFP and presentation responses. Drive collaboration between Sales/Creative and other departments to meet objectives of deliverables and content preparation of RFPs.

  • Document and post all RFP’s in organized fashion for easy reference moving forward.

  • Document all creative “imagine” pieces and tag accordingly for future reference.

  • Act as an escalation point with clients to help solve immediate challenges and keep appropriate team members in loop and leveraged with necessary information.

  • Create and manage proposal budgets. May also manage the proposal process including timelines, calls and creation of program budgets and SOWs.

  • Research, analyze, and create client presentations.

  • Meet with clients and help to pitch and win business.

  • Research and target major shows to establish one-on-one meetings with existing or potential clients to make the time on site as productive as possible and provide more visibility for FreemanXP.

  • Work on follow-up campaigns to exhibitors of shows we produce to maximize relationship and create potential for more business.

  • Schedule client and team meetings and maintain client related information.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Proven customer service skills


  • 2 year experience in event industry

  • 3 or more years’ experience in sales


  • High School Diploma or GED


  • Bachelor's Degree
