*THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD*

  • Provide end user support and maintenance for network related hardware and software.

  • Provide problem resolution, and consultation services for verifying service levels to local and remote users.

  • Contact user within 15 minutes after help desk notification during the Normal Working Hours, 30 minutes after notification from the government representative after hours for assistance, trouble calls, and systems or applications outages.

  • Document and report all trouble tickets using the government-provided Computer Associates (CA) Help Desk software.

  • Provide on-call after hours services in the event that trouble calls occur after normal working hours.

  • Provide technical support for a variety of computer hardware including PCs, printers, scanners, faxes, and other associated automated equipment, including analysis of hardware problems and problem resolution, first echelon repair of equipment, hardware installation/configuration, warranty call-ins and preventive maintenance.

  • Coordinate and monitor overall maintenance for hardware under warranty.

  • Operate the preventive maintenance program for all hardware including maintaining equipment maintenance log and tracking equipment repair for on and off-site repairs.

Position Requirements

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of professional IT experience or related field. Must have experience with CA Service Desk ticketing system
