The Employee Relations organization within the Human Resources function has opportunities to join the Employee Solutions Central/East team as an Employee Solutions Professional & Client Services focal. The Employee Relations organization drives competitiveness and a positive employee experience by deploying effective and efficient HR services through common delivery with four Work Groups including Employee Solutions, Culture & Development, Career Growth & Employee Movement and Performance Support & Employee Wellness. The Employee Solutions Professionals are an integral part of the new HR Business Model with responsibilities including HR project management, Employee Relations Work Group support, integrated trend analysis and in some circumstances, Client Services focal to an HR Business Partner.

HR Project Management: * Will be project manager for cross-Work Group (Culture & Development, Career Growth & Employee Movement, Performance & Wellness) projects with accountability for managing to deadlines, identifying team members across the organizations and functions to support, communicating with key stakeholders and identifying/adjusting priorities Employee Relations Work Group Support: * Will be “surge support” based on needs of the various Work Groups * Will respond to general inquiries from managers and employees through walk-up traffic, phone calls, etc. * Will leverage standard processes and work with Communities of Excellence to resolve issues as appropriate * Will support the development and coaching of management in local area to transition to new HR model Integrated Trend Analysis: * Will build relationships with key stakeholders in local area to identify trends, diagnose issues and formulate solutions in line with HR processes and HR Business Partner-defined strategy * Will advise/counsel/coach managers on people implications of local business decisions by utilizing knowledge of HR processes, frameworks best practices and local employment legislation * Will use data and analysis to identify trends and issues in local area and develop solutions with HR Business Partners Client Services Focal to HR Business Partner (in some circumstances): * Will collaborate with an executive HR Business Partner, being a member of their leadership team * Will be Employee Relations point of entry for the HR Business Partner flowing information to the HR Business Partners regarding Employee Relations activities and providing status on key projects * Will flow information to the Employee Relations organization regarding HR Business Partner projects and business updates * Will operate as point of contact for HR Business Partner when situations requiring rapid response arise to ensure delivery by relevant Work Group in Employee Relations

**Basic Required Qualifications * Project Management experience * More than 1 year of Human Resources experience * Experience working in a service-related role where establishing strong relationships with internal business partners was critical to success. This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Preferred Qualifications: * Experience assisting in the implementation of new technologies. * Experience with large-scale organizational change. Typical Education / Experiences: Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
